Illuminate the unconscious patterns and blindspots in your organisation to support change.
An organisation is a living breathing eco-system that is made up of structures, roles and relationships.
The organisational story, from foundation to present day, creates a web of relationships with its own patterns, possibilities and limitations. These underlying dynamics often operate in the blind spot of the organisation.
Membership of an organisation has its own rules of belonging, both conscious and unconscious, which influence and impact the individuals and teams working for it.
Problems arising from the unconscious of the organisation can manifest as intransient organisational politics, challenging dynamics, resistance to change, lack of engagement, poor performance or hard to shift patterns.
Through using the organisational constellation approach we can surface and attend to the hidden dynamics that are creating symptoms in the organisation.
Why have organisational systemic coaching?
· An opportunity for a leader to take a step back and view the whole picture from different perspectives
· A tool to shed light on complex issues and opportunities in the organisation
· To create a relational map of the organisation and the hidden dynamics underpinning what is and isn’t working
· To see beyond the individual and component parts of an organisation to the wider context and bigger picture
· To see and include what was previously hidden or not seen. To illuminate blindspots.
· To see where energy is stuck, diverted or leaking from the organisation
· To find out what is creating organisational disruption or the derailing of change
· To support organisational change
· To build systemic intelligence into your strategy
One to one sessions
A systemic coaching for organisational leadership session is usually 2 hours and can be face to face in London Bridge, SE1 or on Skype.
You may decide to have a single session, or a series of sessions over a period of time to explore the systemic dynamics in your organisation and support your leadership.
