Matt has supported people in their personal and professional development as a therapist, systemic coach, facilitator and director of an educational trust that trains counsellors and psychotherapists. He has also been the President and Vice President of the European Federation for Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy.
Matt’s leadership experience includes being the managing director of a group of companies providing fundraising services, as well as the programme director of an organisation that provides clinical services and training in depth-psychology, transpersonal enquiry and psychotherapeutic approaches.
Alongside his therapeutic, coaching and systemic constellations work, Matt is currently director of a charity that seeks to put acceptance, relationship and learning at the heart of mental health, wellbeing and social care in Camden.
His work is based on a depth of understanding of the dynamics that shape human systems and relationships. He draws on the theory and practice of systemic constellations, transpersonal psychology, psychosynthesis psychotherapy and his experience of working as a leader in organisations.
Matt has recently published a chapter in the 2nd Edition of the Handbook of Coaching Psychology on the systemic constellations approach to coaching.
